• Still need to keep the database window active supporting those last few districts with 60 day response opportunities.

Move forward with FMAR process improvements enhancing the database as follows:
Proposed start of 4th FMAR cycle September 1, 2022

• Integrate the FMAR category white papers: 3-4 weeks completion time frame. As of May 24, 2022 these are 60% complete and progressing with a final completion date of June 30.
• Review the PM Planning Criteria (i.e. performance questions)
• Review FIMS Criteria, possibly add in credit for utilization of M3 report
• Enhance the FMAR assessment criteria
• review 60 day response process (enhance as needed)
• Re-training / Refresher for all of the assessors on new processes prior to 4th cycle “Go Live”

------------------------------- 3rd-Cycle History -------------------------------------------

Planned Major Revision work 2019-2020) These items were never accomplished in 3rd Cycle due to COVID and other factors. They will be integrated into the work plan for the 4th Cycle release:

• Highlight the FMAR score in standard FMAR Score color-coding on the FMAR Report view
• Improve the speed of paging in the FMA form; especially from page 3 to page 4
• On Staffing models page, allow two decimals places for FTE (like 1.50)
• Add address fields to the FMAR Report
• Fix spelling issue on FIMS PM Direct Report - “Preventive” is spelled “Preventative”
• Improve function of “Expiring” FMA’s without having to perform a full Form EDIT; preferably from PUBLISH interface as Editable field.
• Turn on content and search modules so districts can search and link to Major Deficiencies white papers
• Auto email expiration notices upon the label turning to “not updated”; also 30-day in advance notice
• Create an email template for automatically generating district notices that the District PM Plan has been reviewed
• Either expand to multiline the FMA comments so they can be read, and/or provide comment editing perhaps an editable field from VIEW FMA interface
• Incorporate a “SAVE” feature for each FMA form page, or use the “draft” feature so assessors may return to where they left off
• Provide an historical record of District PM Plan updates going back to the plans Original Date
• On the FMA form, integrate Air Filter into HVAC then use the old Air Filters “spot” for Security Systems – ON HOLD TFN
